Molding Unique Individuals
Our Kindergarten program is an extension of what the children have learned in their early childhood classrooms. Children learn through concrete experiences and are presented lessons that give them a better sense of understanding. For example, instead of learning the names of the days of the week and months, they are shown through materials what a day is and how it relates to weeks, months, years, etc.
During the morning work period, children are able to do individualized work and select materials that are appropriate for them. Our afternoon work period is a large group lesson where we cover cultural topics, science, history, etc.
